As required under section 715 of the NSW Local Government Act 1993, notice is given that the Murray River Council has resolved, as authorised under section 713 of that Act, to sell the above land.
The land described above will be offered for sale by public auction if the rateable person(s)/entity(s)-
(a) does not pay the Murray River Council the amount outstanding plus any other rates and charges (including extra charges) becoming due and payable after the notice was publishised on the 14th April 2024, or
(b) does not make arrangements satisfactory to the council for payment of all overdue rates and charges.
